Rci Industries & Technologies announced its Standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th Sept 2020.

Following are the Standalone financial details of HY1 FY20-21 at Rci Industries & Technologies:

- Revenue stood at Rs.31.45 crore whereas in the previous year, same period revenue was of Rs. 254.17 crore.

- Net loss was Rs.16.56 crore against loss of Rs.59.65 crore in the corresponding period last year.

- Loss per share was Rs.10.57 against loss of Rs.38.06 per share in a year ago period.

Financials for Standalone Q2 at Rci Industries & Technologies in FY20-21 are as follows:

- Net loss dips to Rs.10.54 crore against loss of Rs.46.55 crore in a year ago period.

- Revenue stood at Rs. 22.50 crore while previous year corresponding period it was Rs.90.64 crore.

- Loss per share was Rs.6.72 against loss of Rs.29.70 per share in a year ago period.

Standalone annual revenue of the company in FY19-20 reached Rs.405.90 crore with net loss of Rs.143.22 crore and Loss per share was Rs.90.89 at Rci Industries & Technologies.

Consolidated HY1 and Q2 financials at Rci Industries & Technologies in FY20-21 are as follows:

- HY1 revenue reached Rs.33.56 crore against Rs. 311.90 crore in a year ago period

- HY1 Net loss was Rs.39.51 crore against loss of Rs.59.45 crore in the corresponding period, last year

- HY1 Loss per share was Rs.25.21 against Rs.37.93 in the previous year same period

- Q2 Revenue stood at Rs. 24.56 crore against Rs.91.52 crore in a year ago period.

- Q2 Net loss dips to Rs.23.11 crore against loss of Rs.46.68 crore in the same period last year.

- Q2 Loss per share was Rs.14.74 while last year corresponding period it was loss of Rs.29.78 per share.

By the end of financial year 2019-20, Rci Industries & Technologies earned consolidated revenue of Rs.474.09 crore with net loss of Rs.166.35 crore and Loss per share of Rs.106.12
