Manas Properties – HY1-FY21 Loss per share was Rs. 0.86 against EPS of Rs. Rs. 18.69 in HY1-FY20.

Manas Properties announced its financial results for the half year ended on 30thSept 2020.

Following are the financial details of HY1 FY20-21 at Manas Properties:

- The revenue Stood at Rs.9.77 lacs whereas in the previous year, same period it was Rs.11.86 crore.

- Net loss was Rs.35.91 lacs against PAT of Rs.7.77 crore in the corresponding period last year

- Loss per share was of Rs. 0.86 against EPS of Rs. 18.69 in a year ago period.

The standalone net profit for the financial year 2019-20 reached Rs 13.97 crore with revenue of Rs.20.96 crore and EPS of Rs. 33.60 at Manas Properties.
