Board of Directors at Dhruv Consultancy Services considered and approved the migration of the company listing from BSE SME platform to the main board of Bombay Stock Exchange.

In August, 2018, Dhruv Consultancy Services issued 42.96 lacs equity shares at the value of Rs.54 per equity share, (face value of Rs. 10 each and premium of Rs. 44 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 2319.84 lacs.

The IPO opened on April 27, 2018, and closed on May 02, 2018.
