Ceinsys Techannounced its Standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th Sept 2020.

Following are the Standalone financial details of HY1 FY20-21 at Ceinsys Tech:

- Revenue stood at Rs.77.51 crore whereas in the previous year, same period revenue was Rs. 84.58 crore.

- Net loss was of Rs.2.48 crore against profit of Rs.12.30 crore in the corresponding period last year.

- Loss per share was Rs.2.24 against profit of Rs. 11.07 per share in a year ago period.

Financials for Standalone Q2 at Ceinsys Tech in FY20-21 are as follows:

- Net profit of Rs.3.77 crore against Rs.7.04 crore in a year ago period.

- Revenue stood at Rs. 49.41 crore while previous year corresponding period it was Rs. 50.50 crore.

- Earning per share stood at Rs. 3.40 against Rs. 6.34 in a year ago period.

Standalone annual revenue of the company in FY19-20 reached Rs.201.40 crore with net profit of Rs.25.07 crore and Earning per share was Rs.22.56 at Ceinsys Tech.

Consolidated HY1 and Q2 financials at Ceinsys Tech are as follows:

- HY1 revenue was Rs.76.88 crore against Rs.82.29 crore in a year ago period.

- HY1 net loss stood at Rs.3.24 crore against PAT of Rs.9.64 crore in the same period last year.

- HY1 loss per share reached Rs.2.92 while preceding year same period it was EPS of Rs.8.68

- Q2 revenue stood at Rs.48.78 crore against Rs.48.07 crore in a year ago period. - Q2 PAT reached Rs.3.14 crore against Rs.4.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.

- Q2 EPS was Rs.2.83 while last year same period it was Rs.3.99

By the end of financial year 2019-20, Ceinsys Tech earned consolidated total revenue of Rs.19917 crore, followed by PAT of Rs.22.14 crore and EPS of Rs.19.92.
