Vishal Fabrics- Standalone HY1-FY21 Net loss was Rs.5.68 crore against profit of Rs.16.61 crore in HY1-FY20

Vishal Fabrics – Standalone HY1-FY21 Loss per share was Rs.1.32 against EPS of Rs.3.78 per share in a year ago period.

Vishal Fabrics announced its Standalone financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th Sept 2020.

Following are the Standalone financial details of HY1 FY20-21 at Vishal Fabrics:

- Revenue stood at Rs.287.15 crore whereas in the previous year, same period revenue was of Rs. 627.46 crore.

- Net loss was Rs.5.68 crore against profit of Rs.16.61 crore in the corresponding period last year.

- Loss per share was Rs.1.32 against EPS of Rs.3.78 in a year ago period.

Financials for Standalone Q2 at Vishal Fabrics in FY20-21 are as follows:

- Net profit was Rs.2.47 crore against Profit of Rs.8.59crore in a year ago period.

- Revenue stood at Rs. 219.79 crore while previous year corresponding period it was Rs.293.58 crore.

- Earning per share was Rs.0.57 against Rs.1.96 in a year ago period.

Standalone annual revenue of the company in FY19-20 reached Rs.1299.14 crore with net profit of Rs.30.09 crore and Earning per share was Rs.6.97 at Vishal Fabrics.
