Univastu India – Standalone HY1-FY21 Revenue stood at Rs.15 crore against Rs.47.53 crore in HY1-FY20

Univastu India announced its Standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th Sept 2020.

Following are the Standalone financial details of HY1 FY20-21 at Univastu India:

- Revenue reached at Rs.15 crore whereas in the previous year, same period revenue was Rs.47.53 crore.

- Net profit dips to Rs.47.26 lacs against profit of Rs.1.81 crore in the corresponding period last year.

- Profit per share was Rs.0.42 against Rs.1.60 in a year ago period.

Financials for Standalone Q2 at Univastu India in FY20-21 are as follows:

- Revenue was Rs.8.37 crore while previous year corresponding period it was Rs.19.48 crore.

- Net profit was of Rs.32.26 lacs against profit of Rs.1.26 crore in a year ago period.

- Earning per share was Rs. 0.28 against Rs.1.11 in a year ago period.

Standalone annual revenue in FY19-20 reached Rs.108.06 crore with net profit of Rs.4.14 crore and Earning per share was Rs.3.65 at Univastu India.

Consolidated HY1 and Q2 financials at Univastu India in FY20-21 are as follows:

- HY1 revenue reached at Rs.15.29 crore against Rs.51.65 crore in a year ago period.

- HY1 profit was Rs.56.50 crore against Rs.1.93 crore in the corresponding period, last year.

- HY1 profit per share was Rs.0.50 against Rs. 1.70 in the previous year same period.

- Q2 Revenue reached at Rs.8.59 crore against Rs.22.70 crore in a year ago period.

- Q2 PAT was Rs.41.32 lacs against Rs.1.27 crore in the same period last year.

- Q2 EPS was Rs. 0.36 against Rs.1.12 in the previous year same period.

By the end of financial year 2019-20, Univastu India earned consolidated revenue of Rs.111.06 crore with net profit of Rs.4.39 crore and Earning per share of Rs.3.86.
