Following are the Standalone financial details of HY1 FY20-21 at Umiya Tubes:

- Revenue stood at Rs.8.26 crore whereas in the previous year, same period revenue was of Rs. 6.11 crore.

- Net loss was Rs.7.01 lacs against profit of Rs.2.43 lacs in the corresponding period last year.

- Loss per share was Rs.0.02 against loss of Rs.0.56 per share in a year ago period.

Financials for Standalone Q2 at Umiya Tubes Indiain FY20-21 are as follows:

- Net profit was Rs.19.13 lacs against Profit of Rs.1.06 lacs in a year ago period.

- Revenue stood at Rs. 7.08 crore while previous year corresponding period it was Rs.3.60 crore.

- Earning per share was Rs.0.20 against loss of Rs.0.09 per share in a year ago period.

Standalone annual revenue of the company in FY19-20 reached Rs.7.60 crore with net profit of Rs.17.43 lacs and Loss per share was Rs.0.38 at Umiya Tubes.
