Transwind Infrastructures announced its financial results for the half year ended on 30th Sept 2020.

Following are the financial details of HY1 FY20-21 at Transwind Infrastructures:

- Revenue stood at Rs.1.39 crore whereas in the previous year, same period it was Rs.3.92 crore.

- Net loss was of Rs 32.68 lacs against profit of Rs.9.90 lacs in the corresponding period last year.

- Loss per share stood at Rs.0.49 against EPS Rs.0.15 in a year ago period.

The standalone net profit for the financial year 2019-20 reached Rs.11.05 lacs. Revenue was at Rs.8.42 crore and EPS was Rs.0.17 at Transwind Infrastructures.
