Tembo Global Industries to migrate to NSE Main Board

Tembo Global Industries got the approval from its Board to shift the company listing from the NSE EMERGE platform to NSE main board.

The Board of Directors of Tembo Global Industries at a meeting held on 18th January, 2021, considered and approved the proposal of migration of the company from NSE EMERGE platform to NSE Main Board.

In July, 2018, Tembo Global Industries issued 13.68 lacs equity shares at the value of Rs.69 per equity share, (face value of Rs. 10 each equity share) aggregating to Rs.943.92 lacs.

The IPO opened on August 01, 2018, and closed on August 03, 2018.

Tembo Global Industries manufacture and fabricate various steel products which are meant for its application in Pipe hangers , Support Systems, HVAC Systems, Anti-vibration System and equipment for construction Industrial, Commercial, Utility and OEM Installations & also manufacture metal and base metal products like G. I. nuts, various types of bolts, clamps, hangers etc. Further our Product Portfolio includes all types of bathroom pipes, fittings, bathroom accessories and sanitary wares
