R&B Denims – Standalone Q3-FY21 Revenue stood at Rs.61.93 crore against Rs.63.12 crore in Q3-FY20

R&B Denims announced its Standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and period ended on 31st December, 2020.

Financials for Standalone Q3 at R&B Denims in FY20-21 are as follows:

- Revenue stood at Rs.61.93 crore while previous year corresponding period it was Rs.63.12 crore.

- Net profit rises to Rs.4.77 crore against Rs.1.29 crore in a year ago period.

- Earning per share was Rs. 3.41 against Rs.0.93 in a year ago period.

Standalone financials for the 9 months period ended on 31st December 2020 at R&B Denims are as follows:

- Net profit falls to Rs.2.57 crore against Rs.3.18 crore in a year ago period

- Revenue was of Rs.94.95 crore whereas in the last year same period it was Rs.199.60 crore.

- Earning per share was at 1.84 against Rs.2.27 in the corresponding period previous year.

Standalone annual revenue in FY19-20 reached Rs.258.35 crore with net profit of Rs.3.29 crore and Earning per share was Rs.2.35 at R&B Denims.

Following are the consolidated Q3 financials at R&B Denims in FY20-21:

- Revenue reached Rs.61.30 crore whereas previous year corresponding period it was Rs.60.30 crore

- PAT stood at Rs.5.29 crore against Rs.1.35 crore in a year ago period.

- EPS was Rs.3.78 while preceding year same period it was Rs.0.97.

Consolidated financials for the first 9 months period in FY20-21 at R&B Denims are given below:

- Revenue earned was Rs.96.39 crore whereas previous year corresponding period it was Rs.195.13 crore.

- PAT stood at Rs.2.89 crore against Rs.3.38 crore in a year ago period.

- EPS reached Rs.2.07 while preceding year same period it was Rs.2.42.

Consolidated annual revenue at R&B Denims in FY20-21 reached Rs.257.20 crore with PAT of Rs.3.49 crore and EPS was Rs.2.50.
