Panache Digilife – Standalone HY1-FY21 Revenue reached at Rs.36.61 crore against Rs.25.45 crore in HY1-FY20

Panache Digilife announced its Standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th Sept 2020.

Following are the Standalone financial details of HY1 FY20-21 at Panache Digilife:

- Revenue reached at Rs.36.61 crore whereas in the previous year, same period revenue was Rs.25.45 crore.

- Net profit falls to Rs.2.68 crore against Rs.77.32 lacs in the corresponding period last year.

- Earning per share reached at Rs.2.23 against Rs.0.64 in a year ago period.

Financials for Standalone Q2 at Panache Digilife in FY20-21 are as follows:

- Revenue reached at Rs.15.77 crore while previous year corresponding period it was Rs.11.70 crore.

- Net profit was of Rs. 1.07 crore against Rs.46.62 lacs in a year ago period.

- Earning per share was Rs. 0.89 against Rs.0.39 in a year ago period.

Standalone annual revenue in FY19-20 reached Rs.71.98 crore with net profit of Rs.2.04 crore and Earning per share was Rs.1.70 at Panache Digilife.

Consolidated HY1 and Q2 financials at Panache Digilife in FY20-21 are as follows:

- HY1 revenue stood at Rs.36.30 crore against Rs. 25.45 crore in a year ago period.

- HY1 profit was Rs. 1.70 crore against Rs.75.06 lacs in the corresponding period, last year.

- HY1 Earning per share was Rs.1.42 against loss of Rs.3.23 per share in the previous year same period.

- Q2 Revenue reached at Rs. 15.42 crore against Rs.11.70 crore in a year ago period.

- Q2 PAT reached Rs.54.68 lacs against Rs.44.36 lacs in the same period last year.

- Q2 EPS was Rs.0.46 against Rs.0.37 in the previous year same period.

By the end of financial year 2019-20, PanacheDigilife earned consolidated revenue of Rs.71.77crore with net profit of Rs 1.92 crore and Loss per share of Rs.2.45.
