Marvel Decor - CONSOL HY1-FY21 Net loss was of Rs.2.38 crore against profit Rs.6.41 lacs in HY1-FY20.

Marvel Decor announced its standalone and consolidated financials for the half year ended on 30th Sept, 2020 marking a decline in post-tax financial as compared to a year ago period

Following are the standalone financial figures for the HY1-FY2021 at Marvel Decor:

- Net loss was of Rs.1.49 crore against profit Rs.1.08 crore in a year ago period.

- Revenue stood at Rs.7.55 crore whereas last year corresponding period it was Rs.14.04 crore.

- Loss per share was Rs.0.88 against EPS of Rs.0.64 in the previous year, same period.

For the year that ended on 31st March, 2020, the company earned standalone total revenue of Rs.30.81 crore with net profit of Rs.2.45 crore and Earning per share of Rs. 1.44 at Marvel Decor.

Consolidated HY1 financials at Marvel Decor in FY2020-21 are as follows:

- Net loss was of Rs.2.38 crore against profit Rs.6.41 lacs in a year ago period.

-Revenue stood at Rs.9.94 crore whereas last year corresponding period it was Rs.14.93 crore.

- Loss per share reached at Rs.1.40 against EPS of Rs.0.04 in the previous year, same period.

Annual consolidated PAT for FY19-20 reached Rs.71.69 lacs with revenue of Rs.30.49 crore and Earning per share of Rs.0.42 at Marvel Décor.
