Waa Solar announced its standalone and consolidated financials for half year ended September 30, 2019 showing a rise in profit margins compared to a year ago period.

Waa Solar declared its financial results for the half year ended September, 2019 marking a rise of Rs.1.22 crore in net standalone profit against the same period in the preceding year.

Following are the standalone HY1 financials at Waa Solar in FY2019-20:

- The revenue was Rs.13.51 crore as compared to Rs.12.59 crore in corresponding period of previous year.

- Net profit was Rs.2.55 crore as against the profit of Rs.1.33 crore in previous year corresponding period.

- Earnings per share for the current half year was Rs.3.85 as against Rs.2.24 in a year ago period.

The standalone revenue for the financial year 2018-19 was Rs.29.02 crore followed by net profit of Rs.5.28 crore.

Following are the consolidated HY1 financial figures of FY2019-20 at Waa Solar:

- Total revenue earned is Rs.33.39 crore against Rs.39.24 crore in a year ago period.

- Net profit reached Rs.2.54 crore whereas last year corresponding period it was Rs.1.30 crore

- Earnings per share Rs.3.84 whereas preceding year same period it was Rs.2.19

The total consolidated earnings at Waa Solarin the financial year 2018-19 stood at Rs.85.67 crore followed by PAT of Rs.4.18 crore.
