Waa Solar announced its standalone and consolidated annual and HY2 financial result of FY2019-20

Waa Solar published HY2 financial results in which it earned total standalone revenue of Rs.22.72 crore for the March 2020 half year whereas last year same period it was Rs.16.42 crore.

Standalone Net profit in the second half of FY2019-20 stands at Rs.7.73 crore whereas in the preceding year same period it was Rs.3.95 crore.

Standalone Earnings per share for the current half year is Rs.11.67 as against Rs.5.96 in the previous year corresponding period.

The standalone financials for the recently concluded year 2019-20 shows revenue of Rs.36.23 crore. The PAT in FY19-20 reached Rs.10.29 crore. Annual EPS for the same was Rs.15.51.

Following are the consolidated HY2 financials at Waa Solar:

• Revenue reached Rs.36.20 crore

• PAT stood at Rs.7.54 crore

• PBT stood at Rs.9.16 crore

• EPS was Rs.12.93

Consolidated annual earning at Waa Solar in FY19-20 reached Rs.69.60 crore followed by PAT of Rs.10.14 crore with EPS of Rs.16.77
