Uravi T and Wedge Lamps declared its financial results for annual and half year ended March, 2020 showing a decline in profit and revenue.

Below are the financial details of FY2019-20 at Uravi T and Wedge Lamps:

• Net profit reached Rs.40.24 lacs for the HY2 whereas in the preceding year same period it was Rs.119.47 lacs.

• HY2 revenue was Rs.17.61 crore as against Rs.18.88 crore in the previous year same period.

• EPS stood at Rs.0.73 for the HY ended 31.3.2020

• Annual revenue stood at Rs.36.49 crore while last year it was Rs.35.48 crore.

• Annual PAT reached Rs.162.24 lacs as compared to Rs.287.33 lacs a year ago.

• Yearly EPS was Rs.2.95
