Univastu India reports 40% drop in standalone HY2-FY2019 PAT at Rs.2.30 crore.


Univastu India: CONSOL revenue hikes at Rs.106.46 crore against Rs.101.06 crore YoY.

Univastu India announced its standalone audited financial results for the half year ended on March 31, 2020.

Univastu India earned total standalone revenue of Rs.60.49 crore in HY31.03.2020 which marked a decline when compared against Rs.76.17 crore in previous year corresponding period.

Net profit stood at Rs.2.30 crore in HY ended on 31st March, 2020 as against Rs.3.87 crore in the previous year same period.

Earnings per share for the current half year were Rs.3.65 as against Rs.5.19 in a year ago period.

By the end of financial result, FY2019-20 at Univastu India, standalone revenue was Rs.102.60 crore and profit after tax was Rs.4.14 crore.

In the previous year the companys standalone revenue was Rs.100.35 crore and PAT was Rs.4.47 crore.

Below are the consolidated financial figures of HY2 FY2019-20 at Univastu India:

1. Total revenue earned is Rs.62.90 crore marking a fall when compared against Rs.76.88 crore in a year ago period.

2. Net profit reached Rs.2.47 crore whereas preceding same period it was Rs.3.52 crore.

3. PBT reached Rs.3.09 crore against Rs.4.80 crore of last year same period.

4. Earnings per share was Rs.3.81, while last year corresponding period it was Rs.5.28.

The consolidated revenue for the financial year 2019-20 reached Rs.106.46 crore with a PAT of Rs.4.39 crore at Univastu India. EPS stood at Rs.3.81.

In the preceding year, consolidated revenue was Rs.101.06 crore with PAT of Rs.4.53 crore and EPS was Rs.3.98
