Transwind Infrastructures: HY2-FY20 revenue decline by Rs.3.60 crore against Rs.8.10 crore in HY2-FY19.

Transwind Infrastructures declared its standalone financial results for the half year ended 31st March 2020 marking a post-tax profit of Rs.1.15 lacs compared to loss of Rs.22.90 lacs in the corresponding period last year.

Standalone profit before tax for the same period reached Rs.1.69 lacs whereas in the preceding year same period it was loss of Rs.32.14 lacs.

Profit per share for the current half year stands at Rs.0.02 as against loss of Rs.0.34 in previous year same period.

By the end of financial year 2019-20, standalone total revenue at Transwind Infrastructures reached Rs.8.42 crore with PBT of Rs.15.24 lacs, PAT of Rs.11.05 lacs and EPS of Rs.0.17.

In the previous fiscal year, the companys revenue was Rs.15.79 crore and PAT stood at Rs.21.62 lacs with EPS of Rs.0.32.
