IRIS Business Services announced its standalone and consolidated HY2 financial result of FY201920 showing jump in revenue and profit margins.

As per the information provided by IRIS Business Services, the board approved its financial results for the half year ended September, 2019

Following are the HY2 standalone financials at IRIS Business Services in FY19-20

• The revenue was Rs.27.78 crore as compared to Rs.22.43 crore in the same period a year ago.

• Earning per share for the current half year was Rs.1.09 while in a year ago period it was loss per share of Rs.0.51

• Net profit of Rs.2.06 crore whereas previous year same period it was net loss of Rs.95.69.

By the end of financial year 2019-20, IRIS Business Services earned total standalone revenue of Rs.49.44 crore against Rs.40.84 crore a year ago. PAT in FY19-20 stood at Rs.1.50 crore while preceding year it was loss of Rs.5.42 crore.

Following are the consolidated HY2 financial figures of FY2019-20 at IRIS Business Services:

• Total revenue earned is Rs.29.21 crore while previous year same period it was Rs.22.55 crore.

• Earnings per share Rs.0.79 as compared to loss per share of Rs.0.95 in a year ago period.

• Net profit stood at Rs.1.49 crore as against loss of Rs.1.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.

The total consolidated revenue at IRIS Business Services in the financial year 2019-20 was Rs.51.57 crore while previous year it was Rs.40.96 crore. Consolidated PAT for FY19-20 was Rs.46.20 lacs against net loss of Rs.6.10 crore a year ago.
