Pansari Developers announced standalone HY2 financials for March 31, 2020 marking higher revenue with lower profit margin against a year ago period.

The standalone revenue for the current half year was Rs.12.86 crore for HY2 FY2019-20 showing rise when compared to previous year same period.

Standalone HY2 financials at Pansari Developers in FY19-20 are as follows:

• Profit after tax stands at Rs.48.31 lacs against Rs.88.04 lacs in a year ago period.

• Profit before tax was Rs.91.83 lacs as compared to Rs.1.28 crore in the same period a year ago

• Earnings per share reached Rs.0.28 whereas last year corresponding period it was Rs.0.30

The standalone and consolidated financials for the recently concluded year 2019-20 show revenue of Rs.35.43 crore at Pansari Developers followed by PBT of Rs.3.77 crore and PAT of Rs.2.75crore with EPS of Rs.1.58
