Standalone total revenue at Vertoz Advertising stood at Rs.6.41 crorein HY2 of FY19-20 showing a fall by Rs.5.05 crore as compared to previous year same period.

Standalone net profit at Vertoz Advertising declined by Rs.98.37 lacs in second six months of FY2019-20 as compared to last fiscal years same period grossing at Rs.1.14 crore.

The standalone PBT stood at Rs.28.91 lacs in HY2 of FY2019-20 whereas it was Rs.1.64 crore in a year ago period.

The standalone revenue for the financial year 2019-20 at Vertoz Advertising stood at Rs.16.59 crore and PAT was Rs.2.12 crore with EPS of Rs.1.77.

Following are the consolidated financial data of Vertoz Advertising:

• Net loss for HY2 of FY19-20 stood at Rs.27.57 lacs whereas last year same period it was profit of Rs.3.92 crore.

• PBT for the second six months end of FY2019-20 is Rs.5.49 lacs as against the profit of Rs.4.78 crore in the previous fiscal year corresponding period.

• Total revenue for the HY2 of FY19-20 is Rs.13.35 crore which marked a decrease of Rs.9.30 crore as compared to previous year same periods

• Revenue stood at Rs.42.28 crore for FY2019-20 and PAT was Rs.4.20 crore.

• EPS in FY19-20 reached Rs.3.51
