Wealth First Portfolio Managers announced its standalone and consolidated HY2 financial result of FY2019-20 with final dividend of Rs.1 per share for the year 2019-20.

Wealth First Portfolio Managers announced that the board of directors declared final dividend of Rs.1 per equity share that is, 10% on face value of Rs.10 each per equity share for the FY2019-20.

Along with that, the company published HY2 financial results in which it earned standalone total revenue of Rs.218.38 crore for the March 2020 half year whereas last year same period it was Rs.219.50 crore.

Standalone net loss of Rs.1.02 crore in the second half of FY2019-20 whereas in the preceding year same period it was profit of Rs.2.31 crore.

Per share loss for the current half year is Rs.1.60 as against EPS of Rs.3.61 in the previous year same period.

The standalone financials for the recently concluded year 2019-20 shows revenue of Rs.399.10 crore with a PAT of Rs.1.29 crore and PBT of Rs.1.79 crore.

Following are the consolidated HY2 financial figures of FY2019-20 Wealth First Portfolio Managers:

- Total revenue earned is Rs.218.38 crore against Rs.219.57 crore in a year ago period.

- Loss before tax stands at Rs. 53. 53 lacs while previous year same period it was PAT of Rs.4.25 crore.

- Net loss reached Rs.1.03 crore against PAT of Rs.2.11 crore in a year ago perod.

- Loss per share Rs.1.62 while previous year corresponding period it was EPS of Rs.3.30

The total consolidated earnings at Wealth First Portfolio Managers in the financial year 2019-20, shows revenue of Rs.399.10 crores and PAT of Rs.1.28 crores
