Keerti Knowledge and Skills announced its standalone HY1 financial result of FY2019-20 marking a decrease in profit despite rise in revenue.

Keerti Knowledge and Skills declared its financial results for the half year ended September, 2019 showing a total revenue of Rs.1.83 crore whereas last year corresponding period it was Rs.1.04 crore.

The highlights of standalone HY1 financial results for FY19-20 are as under:

• PBT was Rs.37.90 lacs whereas previous year same period it was Rs.40.08 lacs

• PAT stands at Rs.32.74 lacs against Rs.34.55 lacs in a year ago period.

• Earning per share for the current half year was Rs.1.13 as against Rs.1.20 in previous period.

In the financial year 2018-19 standalone revenue at Keerti Knowledge and Skills Limited reached Rs.1.93 crore with PBT of Rs.48.50 lacs and net profit of Rs.35.86 lacs.

Following are the consolidated HY1 financial figures of FY2019-20 at Keerti Knowledge and Skills Limited:

• Total revenue earned is Rs.4.39 crore against Rs.3.34 crore in a year ago period.

• Net profit reached Rs.51.18 lacs whereas last year same period it was Rs.66.08 lacs

• Earnings per share Rs.1.77 as compared to Rs.2.29 in the previous year same period.

The total consolidated earnings at Keerti Knowledge and Skills Limited in the financial year 2018-19 was Rs.5.94 crore with PBT of Rs.73.83 lacs and PAT was Rs.53.48 lacs
