Board of Directors at Silly Monks Entertainment approved issue of bonus shares and interim dividend

The Board considered issuing bonus shares in the ratio of 6:5, that is six bonus equity shares for every five existing equity shares held by the members

As per reports from Board of Directors at Silly Monks Entertainment, the company has issued interim dividend of Re.1 per equity share of face value of Rs.10 each to the members of the company as on Friday, the 10th day of January 2020, being the record date.

Board of Directors at Silly Monks Entertainment approves the proposal for migration of the company from NSE Emerge platform to Main Board of National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
