Moneyboxx Finance announced decline on post tax gains despite higher revenue in standalone financials of HY1 FY19-20 and issued bonus shares in 10:1 ratio.

The Board of Moneyboxx Financeconsidered and approved the issue of Bonus Share in 10:1 ratio (1 new fully paid-up equity share for every 10 existing fully paid-up equity shares of value Rs.10 each) and fixed Saturday, November 23, 2019 as record date for issue of bonus share.

Moneyboxx Finance also announced the standalone financial results for half year and quarter ended 30.09.2019 showing post tax loss in HY1 in spite of jump in revenue.

Following are the HY1 financials at Moneyboxx Finance in FY19-20

- Loss after tax stands at Rs.64.66 lacs as compared to PAT of Rs.15.52 lacs in a year ago period.

- Total revenue earned is Rs.1.39 crore whereas last year corresponding period it was Rs.72.06 lacs

- Loss per share is Rs.0.39 while previous year same period it was EPS of Rs.0.09.

Following are the Q2 financial figures of FY2019-20 at Moneyboxx Finance:

- Net loss reached Rs.72.88 lacs as against PAT of Rs.34.43 lacs in a year ago period.

- Loss per share stood at Rs.0.44 while previous year same period it was EPS of Rs.0.21

- Revenue of Rs.64.81 lacs as compared to Rs.69.04 lacs in a year ago period.

The total standalone earnings at Moneyboxx Finance in the financial year 2018-19 was over Rs.2 crore and PAT was Rs.22 lacs
