Premier Chennai Properties: Revenue at Rs.10.27 crore against Rs.14.48 crore. EPS Rs.Rs.236.40 against Rs.353.03 YoY

Premier Chennai Properties declared its financial result for the period ended 31.03.2020 showing a fall in revenue by Rs.4.72 crore as compared to a year ago period.

Following are the HY2 financials of FY19-20 at Premier Chennai Properties:

1. Total revenue was Rs.1.79 crore as compared to Rs.6.52 crore in previous year same period.

2. Net profit for the half year was Rs.36.53 lacs as against Rs.3.15 crore in previous year corresponding period.

3. EPS stands at Rs.17.51 whereas in previous year same period it was Rs.151.35

By the end of FY2019-20 at Premier Chennai Properties, revenue was Rs.10.27 crore against Rs.14.48 crore a year ago.

PAT for FY19-20 was Rs.4.93 crore while previous year it was Rs.7.36 crore. EPS for FY19-20 stood at Rs.236.40 against Rs.353.03 a year ago.
