Premier Chennai Properties earns Rs.4.56 crore profit in HY1 FY19-20

Premier Chennai Properties reported increase in revenue by Rs.51 lacs in HY1 FY19-20 as compared to a year ago period.

Premier Chennai Properties earns total revenue of Rs.8.47 crore in HY1 FY19-20 while previous year same period it was Rs.7.96 crore. PBT for the same period reached Rs.6.34 crore against Rs.5.83 crore in a year ago period.

By the end of half year on 30th September, 2019, the company earned net profit of Rs.4.56 crore as compared to Rs.4.20 crore in the preceding year same period.

The earning per share stood at Rs.218.89 inHY1 FY19-20 against Rs. 201.70 in a year ago period.

The financials for the recently concluded year 2018-19 shows Premier Chennai Properties earned revenue of Rs.14.48 crore and PAT of Rs.7.36 crore.
