Pashupati Cotspin announced HY2 financial result of FY2019-20 with final dividend of Rs.0.50 per share for the year 2019-20.

Board of Directors at Pashupati Cotspin declared a final dividend of Rs.0.5 per equity share that is, 5% on face value of Rs.10 per equity share for the FY2019-20.

Also, Pashupati Cotspin announced its standalone financials for the half year ended on March 31, 2020

Following are the standalone financial figures for the HY ended 31.3.2020

- Net profit reached 2.25 crore against Rs.2.23 crore in a year ago period.

- Revenue was Rs.222.54 crorewhile previous year same period it was Rs.298.42 crore

- EPS stood at Rs.2.13 against Rs.2.17 in the previous year corresponding period.

For the year that ended on 31st March, 2020, the company earned total revenue of Rs.398.90 crore as compared to Rs.539.09 crore in a previous fiscal year

Net profit reached Rs.3.48 crore in FY2019-20 at Pashupati Cotspin showing a fall when compared to net profit of Rs.9.46 crore in the previous year. Earnings per share stood at Rs.3.33
