Panache Digilife marked decline in standalone PAT at Rs.49.10 lacs compared to Rs.3.20 crore QoQ.

Panache Digilife announced that the board of directors declared final dividend of Rs.0.25 per equity share that is 2.5% on equity share of value Rs.10 each for the year ended 31st March 2020.

Further, the company also published Q4 financial results in which it earned standalone total revenue of Rs.33.13 crore whereas last year same period it was Rs.57.19 crore.

Standalone net profit of Rs.49.10 lacs in the Q4 of FY2019-20 whereas in the preceding year same period it was profit of Rs.3.20 crore.

Earnings per share for the current quarter was Rs.0.41 as against Rs.2.67 in the previous year same period.

The standalone financial for the recently concluded year 2019-20 shows revenue of Rs.71.98 crore with a PAT of Rs.2.04 crore, PBT of Rs.3.06 crore and EPS of Rs.1.70.

In the preceding year, standalone revenue was Rs.94.04 crore with PAT of Rs.4.11 crore and EPS of Rs.3.43.

Following are the consolidated Q4 financials at Panache Digilife:

• Revenue reached Rs.32.92 crore against Rs.57.19 crore in a year ago period.

• PAT stood at Rs.5.18 crore while previous year corresponding period it was Rs.2.97 crore

• EPS was Rs.4.31 whereas last year same period it was Rs.2.49

Consolidated yearly earning at Panache Digilifein FY19-20 reached Rs.71.77 crore followed by PAT of Rs.1.92 crore.

In the preceding year, the consolidated revenue of the company was Rs.94.04 crore with PAT of Rs.3.71 crore.
