Nirmitee Robotics India becomes 5th company to get listed on BSE Startups Platform.

Nirmitee Robotics India, got the approval from the Bombay Stock Exchange to list the companys equity shares on the Startups Platform of the Exchange.

Nirmitee Robotics India made an initial public offering of 1.75 Lacs equity shares at the value of Rs.185 per equity share, aggregating to Rs.324.12 Lacs.

On 21st April, 2020, the first day of listing the script of Nirmitee Robotics India ended at Rs.189

The Promoters of this company are Mr. Jay Prakash Motghare, Mr.Kartik Eknath Shende and Mr. Rajesh Narendra Admane.

Nirmitee Robotics India Ltd is a tech based company making robots using robotic technology, and engaged in providing HVAC Duct Cleaning and Ozone sterilization services with these robots.

The Company makes custom made robots operated by machines that clean the inside of HVAC Air Ducts by scrubbing, polishing, sucking, scraping and removal of the accumulated contaminants. All these robots are fitted with an advanced controller mechanism and a high resolution camera.
