MMP Industries announced the board‘s decision regarding issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:2.

Board of directors at MMP Industries has approved the issue and allotment of 84,67,538 bonus equity shares of value Rs.10 each, in the ratio of 1:2. That means one fully paid-up bonus equity share of value Rs.10 each, for every two equity shares held in the capital of the company as on record date i. e. Tuesday, the 31 day of December 2019. The meeting was held on January 01, 2020.
