Megastar Foods board has approved to migrate from SME platform to Main Board of BSE.

The Board of Directors decided that the equity shares of Megastar Foods which were already listed under BSE SME platform will now be migrated to dealings on the main board of BSE Limited.

Megastar Foods got listed on BSE SME platform with an initial public offering of 26.80 Lacs equity shares at the value of Rs.30 per equity share, aggregating to Rs.8.04 crore.

The current trade dealing price of Megastar Foods is Rs.72 per equity share.

Established in the year 2013, Megastar Foods Ltd is one of the major producers and suppliers of wheat flour, organic wheat flour and allied products in India. The company has its registered office in Chandigarh.
