Mangalam Global Enterprise announced annual and HY2 financial result of FY2019-20 with final dividend of Re.1 per equity share for the year 2019-20.

Board of Directors at Mangalam Global Enterprise declared a final dividend of Re.1 per equity share that is, 10% on face value of Rs.10 per equity share for the FY2019-20. The decision is subjected to approval of the members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Also, Mangalam Global Enterprise announced its standalone and consolidated financials for the half year and year ended on March 31, 20

Following are the standalone financial figures for the HY ended 31.3.2020

- Net profit reached Rs.2.41crore as compared to Rs.1.33 crore in the previous HY period

- Revenue was Rs.289.86 crore whereas in the HY1 period it was Rs. Rs.285.85 crore

- EPS stood at Rs.1.50 showing a rise against EPS of Rs.0.83 in previous year.

For the year that ended on 31st March, 2020, the company earned total standalone revenue of Rs.575.71 crore as compared to Rs.330.03 crore in the previous fiscal year.

Standalone net profit reached Rs.3.74 crore in FY2019-20 at Mangalam Global Enterprise showing a rise when compared to net profit of Rs.2.19 crore in the previous year. Earnings per share stood at Rs.2.84

Following are the consolidated financial figures of FY2019-20:

- Net profit reached Rs.2.59 crore for the HY2whereas in HY1 PAT was Rs.93.21 lacs.

- HY2 Revenue was Rs.297.88 crore as against Rs.286.63 crore in the preceding HY period.

- EPS stood at Rs.1.61 for the HY ended 31.3.2020

- Annual revenue stood at Rs.584.51 crore while last year it was Rs.389.95 crore.

- Annual PAT reached Rs.3.52crore as compared to Rs.2.33crore a year ago.

- Yearly EPS was Rs.2.67
