Madhav Copper got the approval from its Board to shift from the NSE EMERGE platform to NSE main board.

The Board of Directors of Madhav Copper in a meeting held of 14th February, 2020, considered and approved the proposal of migration of the company from NSE EMERGE platform to NSE Main Board.

In January 2017, Madhav Copper issued its 5.53 Lacs equity shares at the value of Rs.81 per equity share (premium of Rs.71 per share), aggregating to Rs.448.48 lacs. The current trading price of Madhav Copper is Rs.93.30 per equity share
