Macpower CNC Machines got approval from its Board to shift the company listing from the NSE EMERGE platform to NSE main board.

The Board of Directors of Macpower CNC Machines considered and approved the proposal of migration of the company from NSE EMERGE platform to NSE Main Board at the meeting held on 22th May, 2020.

In March 2018, Macpower CNC Machines issued 26.15lacs equity shares of value Rs.140 each (premium of Rs.130 per share), aggregating to Rs.3661.00 lacs.

The current trading price of Macpower CNC Machines is Rs.53.25 per equity share.

Macpower is registered to ISO 9001(Design), a universally accepted quality assurance designation by TuvSuddeutchland India Private Limited (Germany) and also ISO 9001: 2008 by BSCIC, India.

MacPower CNC Machines is engaged in manufacturing of CNC Turning Centers, Vertical Machining Centers, Horizontal Machining Centers, Cylindrical Grinder, Vertical Turret Lathe and also Multi Tasking, 5-axis along with sub spindle.
