Dhruv Consultancy Services to migrate to BSE Main Board

Dhruv Consultancy Service got the approval from its Board to shift the company listing from BSE SME platform to BSE main board.

Board of Directors at Dhruv Consultancy Service in a meeting held on 17th Sept, 2020, considered the proposal of migration of the company from BSE SME platform to BSE Main Board.

In April, 2018, Dhruv Consultancy service issued 42.96 lacs equity shares at the value of Rs.54 per equity share (premium of Rs. 44 per equity share), aggregating to Rs. 2319.84 lacs.

The IPO opened on April 27, 2018, and closed on May 02, 2018. The company is listed on BSE with the ID- DHRUV | 541302 | INE506Z01015.
