Dev Information Technology marked consolidated Rs.1.48 crore HY2FY20 PAT against Rs.2.79 crore, revenue hike at Rs.41.26 crore compared to Rs.25.12 crorein HY2-2019

Dev Information Technologyannounced that the board of directors declared final dividend of Rs.0.50 per equity share that is 5% on 55.20 lacs equity share of value Rs.10 each for the year ended 31st March 2020.

Along with that, the company published HY2 financial results in which it earned standalone total revenue of Rs.40.08 crore for the March 2020 half year whereas last year same period it was Rs.42.38 crore.

Standalone net profit of Rs.1.17 crore in the second half year of FY2019-20 whereas in the preceding year same period it was profit of Rs.2.29 crore.

Earnings per share for the current half year is Rs.2.13 as against Rs.4.16 in the previous year same period.

The standalone financials for the recently concluded year 2019-20 shows revenue of Rs.67.05 crore with a PAT of Rs.3.42 crore and PBT of Rs.3.40 crore.

Following are the consolidated HY2 financials at Dev Information Technology:

• Revenue reached Rs.41.26 crore against Rs.25.12 crore in a year ago period.

• PAT stood at Rs.1.48 crore while previous year corresponding period it was Rs.2.79 crore

• EPS was Rs.2.54 whereas last year same period it was Rs.5.07

Consolidated yearly earning at Dev Information Technology in FY19-20 reached Rs.69.39 crore followed by PAT of Rs.3.79 crore.

In the preceding year, the consolidated revenue of the company was Rs.76.26 crore with PAT of Rs.4.38 crore.
