Evans Electric announced that the Board of the directors on 30 November, 2019 declared an interim dividend of Rs.1 per equity share that is 10% on face value for the financial year 2019 to 2020.

The company stated that the record date for the purpose of entitlement of the shareholders is 11th December, 2019.
