The Board of Directors of Dangee Dums in a meeting held on 11th August, 2020, considered and approved the proposal of migration of the company from NSE EMERGE platform to NSE Main Board.

In August 2018, Dangee Dums issued its 27.12 lacs equity shares at the value of Rs.74 per equity share, aggregating to Rs.20.06 crore.

Incorporated in 2010, Ahmedabad based Dangee Dums Limited is a company engaged in the business of cakes, chocolates, and desserts.

Dangee Dums was awarded as the best dessert place in Ahmedabad in Times Food Award on February 12, 2012.
