Board of Directors at Continental Seeds and Chemicals approved the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1.5

As per report published by Continental Seeds and Chemicals, the Board have approved issuance of bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1.5 that is 1 bonus equity share for every 1.5 fully paid-up equity shares of the company held. The decision is subject to the approval of the shareholders.

The Board also considered increase in the authorized share capital from Rs.6.50 crore (divided into 65 lacs shares of value Rs.10 each) to Rs.12 crore (divided into 1.20 crore shares of the value Rs.10 each), subject to the approval of shareholders.

Continental Seeds and Chemicals is engaged in the business of developing, processing, grading and supplying of all kinds of agricultural foundation and certified seeds and trading of Mentha Oil.
