The Board of Directors of Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds in a meeting held on16th July, 2020, considered the proposal of migration of the company from NSE Emerge platform to NSE Main Board.

In February 2018, Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds issued its 17.32 lacs equity shares at the value of Rs.60 per equity share, aggregating to Rs.1039.20 lacs .

As on 17th July, 2020, trading price of the script of Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds is Rs.110.00 per equity share at the NSE Emerge platform.
