Macpower CNC Machines announced that the Board of Directors have approved the issuance of Bonus shares and also increase of authorised share capital

As per reports released by Macpower CNC Machines, the Board of the company will issue bonus shares in the ration of 2:100, that is, 2 bonus shares for every 100 company equity shares

The Board at also considered the decision of increasing the authorized share capital of the company from Rs.10 crores to Rs.10 crores 50 thousands and consequently alteration in the memorandum of association of the company.

MacPower CNC Machines (Established in 2003) is engaged in manufacturing of CNC Turning Centers, Vertical Machining Centers, Horizontal Machining Centers, Cylindrical Grinder, Vertical Turret Lathe and also Multi Tasking, 5-axis along with sub spindle.

Macpower has also offers Robotic Automation integrated with CNC machines to cope up the demand of technology driven machining excellence.
