BCPL Railway to migrate to BSE Main Board

BCPL Railway got the approval from its Board to shift the company listing from BSE SME platform to BSE main board.

Board of Directors at BCPL Railway in a meeting held on 17th Sept, 2020, considered the proposal of migration of the company from BSE SME platform to BSE Main Board.

BCPL Railway IPO was issued with 48.60 lacs equity shares of face value Rs.10 each aggregating up to Rs.17.01 Crores. The issue is priced at Rs.35 per equity share. The minimum order quantity is 4000 Shares.

The IPO opens on Oct 5, 2018, and closes on Oct 19, 2018.

Currently, trading price of the script of BCPL Railway is Rs.54.25 per equity share at the BSE main board (24th Sept, 2020).

Incorporated in 1995, Kolkata based BCPL Railway Infrastructure Limited (BRIL) is a company engaged in the business of Railway Infrastructure Development involving design, drawing, supply, Erection and Commissioning of 25KV, 50Hz Single Phase Traction Overhead Equipment.
