Arvee Laboratories (India) to migrate to NSE Main Board

Arvee Laboratories (India) got the approval from its Board to shift the company listing from the NSE EMERGE platform to NSE main board.

The Board of Directors of Arvee Laboratories (India) in a meeting held on 10th October, 2020, considered and approved the proposal of migration of the company from NSE EMERGE platform to NSE Main Board.

In February 2018, Arvee Laboratories (India) Limited issued 14.60 lacs equity shares at the value of Rs.61 per equity share (face value of Rs.10 and premium of Rs. 51 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 890.60 lacs.

Currently, trading price of the script of Arvee Laboratories (India) is Rs.79.75 per equity share at the NSE main board (12th Oct, 2020).

Arvee Laboratories started its operations with an aim to become a leader & front-runner in chemical industry by providing the best and innovative quality chemical products.
