Zota Health Care aims Nigeria via Wholly-Owned Subsidiary

Zota Health Care gets approval from the Board for business expansion in Nigeria.

Zota Health Care Limited got the nod from Board of Directors on 16th February, 2019 for incorporating wholly owned subsidiary company in Nigeria with the name Zota Healthcare Nig. Ltd by investing 10 Lakhs Naira.

As per the report published by Mr. Ashvin Variya (company secretary & compliance officer), Zota Health Care Limited shall subscribe 999,999 shares each of 1/- Naira of the Zota Healthcare Nig. Ltd.

Mr. Moxesg Ketabhai Zota, managing director and Mr. Kamlesh Rajnikant Zota, whole time director of the company were nominated as Directors in Zota Healthcare Nig. Ltd.
