Suumaya Lifestyle got the approval to increase the authorised share capital by Rs.10 Crores and migrate to NSE Main Board.

As per the report published by Ms. Ishita Gala, the Managing Director of Suumaya Lifestyle Limited, on 8.2.2019, the Board of Directors of the company approved the proposal of migration from EMERGE Platform of NSE for SME companies to Main Platform for Listed Companies.

Reportedly, the proposal to increase the manufacturing capacity by 60% to cater to the additional business and to increase the authorised share capital of the company from Rs.25 Crores to Rs.35 Crores also got approved.

Established in the year 2011, Mumbai based Suumaya Lifestyle Limited is engaged in textile business.
