Sumit Group announced that the company won National Real Estate Annual Award for Excellence in Real Estate for the Year 2018 for upcoming project of the year- central suburbs, Mumbai.

Sumit Lata, Sumit Wood Ltd (formerly known as Sumit Woods Private Limited) won the 33rd National real Estate Annual Award for Excellence in Real Estate for the Year 2018 on 5th March, 2019 at the Nehru Centre Auditorium, Worli, Mumbai. The company won the award for the upcoming project of the year - Central Suburb, Mumbai.

The award was presented by Editor of Accommodation Times, Murari Chaturvedi.

Sumit Group has taken up slum rehabilitation and redevelopment projects in the city, transforming not just the city"s landscape but also the lives of thousands who live under the clutches of poverty.
