Sarveshwar Foods announced its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the half year ended on September 30, 2019 showing a drop in net profit and revenue as compared to a year ago period.

In the first 6 months period of financial year 2019-20 Sarveshwar Foods Limited earned total standalone revenue of Rs.90.77 crore in whereas in the preceding year same period it was Rs.114.17 crore

Standalone net profit for the company for the same period reached Rs.1.02 crore showing a fall when compared to Rs.3.38 crore in a year ago period. Standalone PBT for HY1 of FY19-20 reached Rs.1.39 crore.

Earnings per share for the current half year is Rs. 0.42 as against Rs. 1.38 in previous year same period.

The standalone financials for the recently concluded year 2018-19 show revenue of Rs.232.66 crore at Sarveshwar Foods Limited, marking PAT of Rs.9.17 crore and PBT of Rs.12.88 crore.

Following are the consolidated HY1 financial figures of FY2019-20 at Sarveshwar Foods:

• Earnings per share is Rs.1.94 as against Rs.3.52 in previous year same period

• Net profit reached Rs.4.77 crore as against Rs.8.64 crore in previous year corresponding period.

• PBT stands at Rs.6.02 crore compared to Rs.10.66 crore in a year ago period.

• Total revenue earned is Rs.255.57 crore as against Rs.284.53 crore in previous year same period.

The total consolidated earnings at Sarveshwar Foods Limited in the financial year 2018-19 reached Rs.570.12 crore with a PAT of Rs.18.11 crore and PBT of Rs.23.42 crore. EPS for the same year was Rs.7.37.

Incorporated in 2015, Sarveshwar Foods Ltd is engaged in the business of processing and marketing of branded and un-branded basmati and non-basmati rice in the domestic and international markets.
