Prabhat Telecoms entered MoU acquiring 16% stake of Nischint Technologies


Prabhat Telecoms India acquired 16% stake of Nischint Technologies DMCC for development and marketing of customised devices.

Mumbai headquartered Prabhat Telecoms India Limited entered into the "Memorandum of Understanding" with Nischint Technologies DMCC as well as acquired 16% stake in it.


Signing this MoU will enable PTIL to jointly pursue design and development and marketing of customized devices for educational purpose and modified devices with solutions to corporate business house.


The company is hopeful that the acquisition will strengthen PTIL's business arm for providing customized device management solutions and devices.


PTIL is planning to launch its solution and services in India and overseas, as per the report published by Meghana Kashte, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
