Panache Digilife (NSE Emerge Symbol: PANACHE), announced its audited financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended on March 31st, 2019.

Panache Digilife Limited earned total Revenue from operations of Rs.56.86 crore in quarter four of financial year 2019. The company achieved an increase of 44.83% that is mainly driven by in addition of new manufacturing capacity and launch of new products like Aquatatva Smart Water, range of Smart Compute Devices and All in Ones.

The EBITDA stood at Rs.4.99 crore in quarter four of financial year 2019 as against Rs.2.65 crore in the same period previous year, significant year on year growth of 88.14 %. This growth resulted on account of increase in revenue and improved operating efficiencies.

EBITDA Margin stood at 8.78 %, increase of 202 bps in quarter four of financial year 2019 as against 6.76% in quarter four of financial year 2018.

The Total Revenue from the operations stood at Rs.93.14 crore in financial year 2019 as compared to Rs.77.10 in financial year 2018, year on year growth of 20.81% that is mainly driven by addition of new manufacturing capacity and launch of new products like Aquatatva Smart Water, range of Smart Compute Devices and All in Ones.

EBITDA stood at Rs.7.23 crore in financial year 2019 as against Rs.4.58 crore in financial year 2018 resulting in significant growth of 57.90 % year on year. This growth shows an account of increase in revenue, and improved operating efficiencies.

EBITDA Margin in financial year 2019 is at 7.76 % as against 5.94% in financial year 2018, increase of 182 bps. The Profit after tax is Rs.4.11 crore in financial year 2019, as against Rs.2.41 crore in financial year 2018, year on year growth of 70.51%. The PAT Margin stood at 4.42% increase of 129 bps in financial year 2019 as against 3.13 % in financial year 2018. The EPS is at Rs.6.85 in financial year 2019, year on year growth of 67.48%.

The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of Rs.0.50/- per equity share of Rs.10 each for the financial year ended March 31st, 2019.

Panache Digilife Limited received a prestigious CRN excellence Award 2018 under the category of Big Data and Analytics and recently made a Joint venture with Krish Intratrade Private Limited by jointly acquiring ICT Infratech Services Private Limited in the equal ratio.
