Pratik B Mehta, Managing Director of Unishire Urban Infra Ltd, reported Rs.9.22 Lakh yearly standalone PAT in FY2018-19 decreasing by Rs.25.97 Lakh as against previous year's Rs.35.19 Lakh.

Reportedly in HY2 of FY2018-19, the company incurred Rs.8.95 Lakh net loss.

The company engaged in real estate business, registered 76.31% YOY standalone PBT decrement accounting to Rs.11.21 Lakh in FY2018-19 as compared to the previous year.

In the second half of FY2018-19 loss before tax aggregated to Rs.11.26 Lakh, as per reports.
